Whatever your event Beeses can cater for your individual needs. For groups between 30 to 150 people we can offer a range of food and drinks packages that will suit your budget.

We are a unique destination and are able to provide the ideal setting for fun and festivities or for a relaxed, and informal get together.

We aim to create the perfect location and occasion for your group bookings - whether it's a get-together with friends or a large works function, we'll be able to cater a package to suit any budget.

Available to Hire

Our two riverside marquees can comfortably accomodate up to 150 guests.

This includes the 9m x 9m marquee and the 6m x 6m marquee which acts as an entrance to the large marquee and is an ideal space from which to serve welcome drinks and buffets.

Getting to Beeses

Public Transport:
With respect to the local residents we suggest using taxis, bikes or public transport where possible when you are travelling to Beeses.

Taxis will ordinarily drop you at Wyndham Crescent. The entrance to the lane is 20 yards down on the left, and is marked "To Conham Ferry". Beeses is located at the bottom.

Getting to Beeses

Arrival by boat:
A very popular option is to arrive by boat from Bristol city centre - cruising up the Avon with a glass of bubbly is the perfect way to arrive! You can find contact details for each of the ferry companies we deal with by clicking HERE.

Between them, they have a range of boats with capacities of 15 - 92 passengers, and they are all happy to listen to your requirements and will quote accordingly.

Food for every occasion

Our expert chefs will prepare a delicious buffet menu which is perfect for your large group or party. We can also cater for any specific dietary requirements that your guests may have.
